I picked up this Kalloy 820 Stem to dial in my bar height and it does exactly that. The adjustable design lets you set the angle where you want it, and a quick turn with an allen wrench is all it takes to change. Fit and finish look solid for the price, and the 110mm length with the 25.4 clamp matched my setup without fuss. Only note: check your steerer and bar diameter before ordering. Good value if you like tweaking your cockpit position.
