Swapped this Narrow Wide Chainring onto my Race Face CINCH cranks and it was a straightforward job. Direct mount makes changing rings simple, and the 4mm plate feels stiff with no flex when I'm pushing hard. Chain retention has been solid on rough descents, and it works with my 11-speed setup. One note: it's not compatible with Shimano 12-speed chains, so check your drivetrain first. The lockring comes off with an ISIS BB tool, which I already had. Good option if you want a clean single-ring setup.
