Swapped the Minion DHR II onto the rear of my trail bike and the difference in braking traction was obvious right away. It digs in on loose dirt and rocky descents and still rolls reasonably well for how aggressive the tread is. Mounting was straightforward and the casing felt sturdy out of the box. It's a bit slow on long fire-road climbs, which is expected for this kind of tire, but the grip is worth it. Good pick for anyone riding technical, loose terrain.
