I picked up the Fox Union Flat Shoe for my mountain bike rides and it has been a solid choice. The grip on flat pedals is excellent, and I can reposition my foot easily when I need to adjust my balance on technical sections. The molded cap has already saved my toes from a couple of rock strikes. The durable tread pattern handles tough trails well, and they look casual enough to wear to post-ride hangouts. Comfortable right out of the box.
