I picked these up for my Deore M515 brakes and they fit perfectly without any filing or fuss. The organic compound is quiet and has good initial bite for trail riding, though they do wear a bit faster in wet, gritty conditions than sintered pads. For the price, having a pad that clearly lists all the Shimano compatibility made ordering easy. Bedded in quickly and no squealing since. Solid everyday choice if you want modulation over maximum longevity.
